Conventional platform distribution with marine protection
This transformer is designed for step-up or step-down duties at the project's nominal power frequency. Its engineering priority is reliable distribution in a marine atmosphere: corrosion protection, sealing, mechanical strength, restricted installation space and site interfaces. It is not intended to replace a transformer designed for converter-fed wide-frequency duty.
